Gift Card Policy

Gift cards are valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase and can be redeemed online or in store, for any product or service available in our store. Gift cards beyond five (5) years time are void. Gift cards are not reloadable, refundable, or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

Please note:

• Discounted gift cards — including those purchased during special events like the Christmas Open House — cannot be used in combination with promotional offers or on other promotional days.

• Regular gift cards remain eligible for use at any time, subject to these terms.
