If under medical care, please consult a physician before participating in any spa treatment. If you are currently using medication such as Accutane, Retinols, or any other medications that may cause your skin to be sensitive, please let us know.


Amara Day Spa / Salon / Boutique kindly requests the courtesy of a 24-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling. There is no charge to cancel or reschedule appointments 24 hours prior.  In an effort to help you avoid cancellation or no show charges, Amara Day Spa / Salon / Boutique will send you text reminders 7 days prior to an appointment and 1 day before an appointment, however, please do not rely solely on our software to provide these reminders. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment. If you do not receive our emails or texts, please ensure we have correct cell phone details. By booking an appointment, you automatically agree to this policy. Amara Day Spa / Salon / Boutique will keep a credit card on file for all future appointments

If 24 hours notice is not provided to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I understand my card will automatically be charged the following:


  • Botox, Dysport
  • Fillers/Kybella
  • CoolSculpting
  • PRP
  • Hair Extensions
  • Permanent makeup/Microblading
  • All consultations and follow-ups for the above services


  • Lash extensions
  • All Facials
  • Microderm/Chemical peels
  • Brazilian Blowouts
  • Package Booking
  • All consultations and follow-ups for the above services


Items purchased in the boutique: Returns within 30 days of purchase with the receipt and original tags will be fully refunded or exchanged. Swimwear must be returned within 7 days with tags and sanitary liners in place to receive a refund. All items must be unwashed, unopened, and unused. Items returned after 30 days will receive in-store credit only (not applicable for shopamara.com orders). All sales items are final, no refunds.
