MEDICAL CONCERNS

If under medical care, please consult a physician before participating in any spa treatment. If you are currently using medication such as Accutane, Retinols, or any other medications that may cause your skin to be sensitive, please let us know.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please respect the spa’s scheduling by keeping appointments if possible, and providing a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling treatments. Because your services are guaranteed reservations, full payment is required for the following conditions:

• Less than 24 hours notification to cancel or reschedule spa appointments

• No-show or missed appointments

• Late arrivals*

* Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require the spa to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as to not inconvenience other guests. However, we will make every effort to provide the full amount of service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchase in the boutique: Returns within 30 days of purchase with the receipt and original tags will be fully refunded or exchanged. Swimwear must be returned within 7 days with tags and sanitary liners in place to receive a refund. All items must be unwashed, unopened, and unused. Items returned after 30 days will receive in-store credit only (not applicable for shopamara.com orders). All sales items are final, no refunds.
